Hugo Dauster provides advice and litigation in real estate law and construction law. He is also involved in banking law.

In particular, he advises and assists private project owners in real estate law and construction law at all stages of the real estate transaction, from the set-up of the transaction to the management of guarantees after receipt. He works on major litigation files and regularly assists clients in the context of judicial expertise.

He regularly acts on behalf of banking institutions both in demand and in defense and in the context of auditing bank debt portfolios.
